Just some practice w/ the PicsArt app on my android tablet. Between the mouse and the tablet, I think I would continue using the mouse _{(or if I save up to buy a graphics tablet. idk.)} I would continue using the tablet to fill out art memes or do some real quick doodles though.

Hate the hair in this, I would normally abuse the smudge tool on Photoshop but the app didn't have any that I could find >___>  I'm pretty glad on how the face turned out, just need to make the whites in the eyes brighter and add darker shading next time. I had to keep merging layers together because the limit was 5. 

Sorry for the bland boring expression again though!I was originally just gonna leave the whole thing blue but then I felt like it needed something to stand out.
