Happy Birthday Sakura

I know its too early for Sakura's birthday but I couldn't help but draw I think I done a lot better this time. I didn't bother drawing the headband. There is someone inside the present and since there are many popular Sakura pairings...you can decide who's in there

EDIT--I like most (not all) Saku pairings whether it be hetero or shojo-ai now
